Glowing Robot uses a modular fleet of specialized sub-agents coordinated by a central orchestration engine (your "glowbot"). Each agent is responsible for a particular task such as monitoring feeds, reviewing incoming feedback, or drafting updates and new articles for a content site. You define policies and schedules, and the AI agents execute tasks autonomously on clockwork with a full audit trail of every action.
To keep it simple, you give a name to your glowbot and speak to it in natural language either on the website or from your phone. You can have as many glowbots as you want. Each glowbot is responsible for a single website and operates within the individual guardrails and permissions you give it (because, paperclips).
That's entirely up to you. If you want your glowbot to have complete editorial control, you can allow it to write and publish autonomously. But if you prefer a man-in-the-chair flow, just click the toggle that requires reviews and approvals. You, the human, can choose to always stay in the loop. Or you can designate a trusted outside AI agent to review and approve your glowbot's output as part of a double-check QA-process before anything goes live.
Your dashboard configuration settings determine to which extent you want your glowbot to require approval for specific action tiers such as drafts, replies, content decisions or the full publishing pipeline. Want to remain in control? Then limit what your glowbot can do to merely research, drafts and the kind of routine website-janitorial work that no human ought to ever have to do anyway.
Early access glowbots plug into PenCMS which is headless and API-first with a native MCP server. Over time, Glowing Robot will gradually add additional compatibility layers so it can integrate with more static site generators and headless CMS setups, as well as with traditional platforms like WordPress and custom APIs via webhooks and CLI orchestration.
